COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS CLAUSE. The Board and the Organization each agree to acknowledge and comply with those Federal and State statutes or ordinances which may be applicable herein or to subsequent agreements relating to provisions therein and as such, this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Oklahoma Constitution and the Laws of the State of Oklahoma.
