COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. Consultant agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. If the City notifies Consultant of any violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Consultant shall immediately desist from and correct the violation.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. Vendor agrees that in the performance of its obligations hereunder, it shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations and that any work it produces in connection with this Agreement will also comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. If City notifies Vendor of any violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Vendor shall immediately desist from and correct the violation.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. This Agreement will be subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, all provisions of the City’s Charter, codes, and ordinances, as amended.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. The City has the right to control and regulate the use of the Public Rights-of-Ways and other City-owned property and the spaces above and beneath them. Company shall comply with all valid and applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, valid and applicable City ordinances, rules and policies related to construction permits, construction bonds, permissible hours of construction, operations during peak traffic hours, barricading requirements and any other construction rules or regulations that may be promulgated from time to time.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. This Agreement will be subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, all provisions of the City’s Charter, codes, and ordinances, as amended. The Eligible Improvements shall be consistent with all City codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the City. This Agreement shall not constitute a waiver by the City of any codes, ordinances, rules and regulations. Further, Grantee acknowledges that by executing this Agreement, no entitlement or agreements concerning zoning or land use shall arise, either implied or otherwise.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. Lessee covenants and agrees that it shall not engage in any unlawful use of the Premises. Lessee further agrees that it shall not permit its officers, agents, servants, employees, contractors, subcontractors, patrons, licensees or invitees to engage in any unlawful use of the Premises and Lessee immediately shall remove from the Premises any person engaging in such unlawful activities. Unlawful use of the Premises by Lessee itself shall constitute an immediate breach of this Lease. Lessee agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws; all ordinances, rules and regulations, and minimum standards of Lessor; all rules and regulations and minimum standards established by the Director; and all rules and regulations and minimum standards adopted by the City Council pertaining to the conduct required at airports owned and operated by the City, as such laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, and minimum standards exist or may hereafter be amended or adopted. If Lessor notifies Lessee in accordance with Section 15 above of any violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Lessee shall immediately desist from and correct the violation.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Association and the Trust, their officers, agents, servants, employees, and subcontractors, shall abide by and comply with all laws, federal, state and local, including all ordinances, rules and regulations of the City. It is agreed and understood that, if the City calls to the attention of the Association or the Trust any such violation on the part of the Association, the Trust or any of either’s officers, agents, servants, employees, or subcontractors, then the Association or Trust shall immediately desist from and correct such violation. This section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Contractor agrees that in the performance of its obligations hereunder, it will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations and that any work it produces in connection with this Agreement will also comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. If the HAA notifies Contractor of any violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Contractor shall immediately desist from and correct the violation.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. All activities performed by any party hereunder shall be performed in accordance with all applicable statutes and ordinances, including those of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the County of Erie.

If the City notifies Professional of any violation of such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Professional shall immediately desist from and correct the violation.
