Compliance with Project Timeline. No schedule shall exceed time limits current under the Contract Documents unless approved by CO, and shall comply with all of the scheduling as required by the Contract Documents and any scheduling requirements provided by Owner to Contractor at the beginning of the Project. The schedule shall be in the form of a tabulation, chart, or graph and shall be in sufficient detail to show the chronological relationship of all activities of the Project including, but not limited to, estimated starting and completion dates of various activities, (including early and late dates and reasonable float for each activity), procurement of materials, the critical path, and scheduling of equipment. Float suppression techniques such as preferential sequencing, special lead/lag logic restraints, extended activity durations, or imposed dates shall be apportioned according to the benefit of the Project.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.
