Compliance with Zoning. The Property now conforms and will continue to conform at all times and in all respects with applicable zoning and land division laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
Compliance with Zoning. Tenant knows the character of its operation in the Premises and that applicable zoning ordinances and regulations are of public record. Tenant shall have sole responsibility for its compliance therewith, and Tenant's inability so to comply shall not be cause for Tenant to terminate this Lease.
