Composition of the Dispensation Committee. The Dispensation Committee consists of at least four members, supported by an independent secre- tary. Two members are appointed in any case by the Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen (ABU - Federation of Private Employment Agencies) and two members are appointed in any case by the joint parties on the side of the employees. The secretary and his deputy, if necessary, are appointed by the ABU.
