COMPOSITION, SCHEDULE AND PROCESS. The Committee shall be composed of up to six (6) Union representatives and a number of representatives of management as determined by the Employer, as long as the number of management representatives are not greater in number than employee representatives. In addition, the President or Executives of the organizations, or their designees may attend the meetings. Other provisions for this Committee are as follows: The Committee shall be co-chaired by one of the Union representatives and one of the Employer representatives. The Committee may also decide to rotate facilitation of meetings. The Committee may meet as necessary, but no less than twice per calendar year, at a time mutually convenient to the Union and the Employer. The Union and the Employer co-chairs will prepare an agenda to be presented to the Committee prior to the scheduled meeting. Employee Committee members will be paid their regular rate of pay for participation for any scheduled hours of work that the worker foregoes by service on the Committee. The Union and the Employer shall pay any travel expenses for the participation of their respective representatives. Minutes and/or a summary of the meetings will be presented to the Employer and the Union for review and approval within twenty-five (25) working days after the meeting of the LMC or at the following LMC meeting by agreement. The LMC will address each recommended agenda item in writing within one month to the members of the Committee. Should any item(s) be referred to the Executive Director or to another body, such person(s) shall report decisions or actions to the LMC within one month.
