Comprehensive Contract. All services that are necessary to complete and carry out the terms of the Contract as described in the Contract Documents shall be considered part of the Contract and the Contractor shall perform or provide for the services without extra compensation unless otherwise expressly stated in the Contract Documents.

Comprehensive Contract. 3.3.1. We will provide all certification, including calibration, electrical and gas as required for equipment contained within the a sset register and/or within the quotation within The Company Hours of business. 3.3.2. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years.   • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall provide coverage for actual, alleged or threatened emission, discharge, dispersal, seepage, release or escape of pollutants (including asbestos), including any loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any cleanup of pollutants (including asbestos) or in the investigation, settlement or defense of any claim, action, or proceedings arising from the operations under this Contract. Such insurance shall be in the Contractor’s name and list the City as an Additional Insured and any other entity specified in Schedule A. Coverage shall include, without limitation, (a) loss of use of damaged property or of property that has not been physically injured, (b) transportation, and (c) non-owned disposal sites.

  • Tenant Insurance Landlord is not liable to Tenant or any of Tenant's invitees, licensees, and/or guests for any damages not proximately caused by Landlord and Landlord will not compensate Tenant or any other person for damages proximately caused by any other source, including acts of God and nature. Tenant is therefore strongly encouraged to purchase insurance to protect Tenant, Tenant's personal property and any person on the Property for Tenant.
