COMPUTATION OF TIME LIMITS. All time limits set forth in this Agreement include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, except where the last day falls on one of those days. In that event, such time limit shall be extended to include the next weekday immediately following that last day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday.

COMPUTATION OF TIME LIMITS. ‌ The time limits referred to in this Article exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. By written mutual agreement between the LACMTA and the Teamsters, the time limits set forth in Sections 17.2.2, 18.2, 18.3, 18.4 and 18.5 may be extended to specific times in individual cases. Such extensions may only be authorized by the Secretary/Treasurer of Local 911 or designee.
COMPUTATION OF TIME LIMITS. ‌ Regularly scheduled days off for any of the participants as defined herein shall be excluded from the computation of the time limits under this grievance and arbitration procedure.
COMPUTATION OF TIME LIMITS. Time limits expressed in days refer to calendar days, counting from the day immediately following the day on which the computation starts. If the last day of the time limit is not a Business Day, the time limit in question shall automatically be deemed extended to the first following Business Day. Time limits expressed in months shall be counted from the day of the month on which the time limit begins to the same day of the last month of the time period, unless no such date exists in the last month of the time limit, in which event the time limit shall end on the following day.

  • Computation of Time In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by procedures herein, the date of the act, event, or default for which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be counted, unless it is a Saturday, a Sunday, or a legal holiday, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or a legal holiday.

  • Computation of Time Periods In this Agreement in the computation of periods of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each mean “to but excluding”.

  • Calculation of Time Period When calculating the period of time before which, within which or following which any act is to be done or step taken pursuant to this Agreement, the date that is the reference date in calculating such period shall be excluded. If the last day of such period is a non-Business Day, the period in question shall end on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Calculation of Time Periods Except as otherwise indicated, all periods of time referred to herein shall include all Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that if the date to perform the act or give any notice with respect to this Agreement shall fall on a day other than a Business Day, such act or notice may be timely performed or given if performed or given on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Devotion of Time The Directors shall not be obligated and shall not be expected to devote all of their time or business efforts to the affairs of the Company (except, to the extent appropriate, in their capacity as employees of the Company).

  • Amending of Time Limits The time limits fixed in both the grievance and arbitration procedure may be extended by consent of the parties.
