Computed As Hours Worked. Employee members of the bargaining committee will be paid by the Employer for time spent in negotiations with the Employer, but only for the straight time hours they would have otherwise worked on a regular work schedule. For the purpose of computing overtime, time spent in negotiations shall be considered as hours worked to the extent of the regular work schedule hours which otherwise would have been worked by the bargaining committee member.
