Computer Monitors. When it becomes necessary to purchase new computer monitors, the Employer will use its best efforts to obtain equipment which maximizes user comfort and efficiency. Employee requests for arm rests, foot rests or other equipment shall be reviewed by the Labor-Management Committee and if mutually agreed upon shall be provided. Employees who operate computer monitors may take breaks approximately every two (2) hours in accordance with the provisions of Article 10.
