Concept Program Master Planning. Consultant shall perform master planning to further the development of the Glade Reservoir recreation facilities in coordination with preliminary design of Contract 1 and Contract 2 facilities. Consultant will work with the NISP Enterprise to further refine anticipated uses, sizing/capacities, elements, and extent of the recreation facilities. Master planning shall include two options for consideration by the NISP Enterprise. Consultant shall prepare graphic materials (e.g. illustrative, framework, precedent images, cost valuation exhibit) to present master planning concepts. For the master planning progression, Consultant will submit materials for NISP Enterprise review and comment at 25%, 50%, 90% and 100% levels of concept program development. Consultant will develop conceptual level cost valuations (e.g. AACE Estimate Class 5) for the two options, based on the 100% concept program development described herein. Consultant shall assist the NISP Enterprise in evaluating definition on potential division of development work (design/construction) by the NISP Enterprise vs. future potential recreation facilities operator, including earthwork, utilities, buildings, and other features. This evaluation includes prioritizations and considerations for phased development. This effort excludes analysis or review of costs (capital, operation & maintenance) developed by Larimer County. Consultant will prepare a brief summary memorandum to present the master planning outcome.

  • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. The Contract assumes that a Proceed Order will be issued in not more than sixty days from the Effective Date of the Contract. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time. If a Proceed Order is not issued within sixty days from the award of the Contract and non-issuance is due to nonperformance by the Contractor, the Contractor may be in default.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
