Concession Fee Payment Illustration. For illustration purposes, assuming that February 2015 is the first month of Contract Year 2015, one- twelfth (1/12) of the MAG for Contract Year 2015 shall be come due and payable on or before the first day of the month, February 1, 2015. In addition, to the extent that ten percent (10%) of Gross Revenues of February 2015 exceeds one- twelfth (1/12) of the MAG for Contract Year 2015, such amount shall become due and payable on April 1, 2015, and shall be delinquent if not received by April 1, 2015. For March 2015 activity, one-twelfth (1/12) of the MAG for Contract Year 2015 shall be come due and payable on or before the first day of the month, March 1, 2015. In addition, to the extent that ten percent (10%) of Gross Revenues for 2015 Contract Year-to-date (i.e. February and March 2015 combined) exceeds two-twelfths (2/12) of the MAG for Contract Year 2015, less previous payments for the Contract Year-to-date, shall become due and payable on May 1, 2015 and shall be delinquent if not received by May 1, 2015.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • CONTINGENT FEE AGREEMENT A. The Attorneys shall advance all expenses in the Litigation. The Client is not liable to pay any of the expenses of the Litigation, whether attorneys' fees or costs. Recovery of costs and other expenses is contingent upon a recovery being obtained. If no recovery is obtained, Client will owe nothing for costs and other expenses.
