(CONCESSION TERMS. 1. The term of the initial period of concession is of 13 (thirteen) years, counting as from the date of entering into of this contract, pursuant to item b), no. 2 of article 84 of DL 109/94, being understood that it may be extended, twice, for periods of 1 (one) year, as per nos. 4 and 5 of article 35 of DL 109/94, without prejudice to the waiver right (“drill or drop”), of the Concession Holder, as per article 63 of that same statute.

(CONCESSION TERMS. Any concessions or discounts granted to Xxxxxx, at the time of signing or thereafter, are granted with the understanding that Xxxxxx will fulfill all of their obligations under this Lease and any other contracts with Lessor or its agents. Lessor reserves the right to chargeback to Lessee the value of concessions or discounts granted if Xxxxxx fails to meet one or more of their obligations under this lease at any time. If concessions or discounts are non-monetary, their value as reasonably determined by Xxxxxx, will be charged back.

  • Lease Terms 8.1. The Tenant must observe and perform all conditions and covenants that apply to the Allotment Site contained in any lease under which the Council hold the Allotment Site.

  • Concessions Given current market conditions, the State is very interested in acquiring market concessions for this transaction. Any concessions, especially the timing of such, will be a major factor in assessing proposals received. Concessions may include reduced rent, free rent, moving allowances or any other item you are willing to incorporate into the proposal. Clearly a combination of these items may be included also.

  • Sublease Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant and Subtenant hereby subleases from Sublandlord for the term, at the rental, and upon all of the conditions set forth herein, the Subleased Premises.

  • UCC Terms Terms defined in the UCC in effect on the Closing Date and not otherwise defined herein shall, unless the context otherwise indicates, have the meanings provided by those definitions. Subject to the foregoing, the term “UCC” refers, as of any date of determination, to the UCC then in effect.

  • BASIC LEASE TERMS For purposes of this Lease, the following terms have the following definitions and meanings:

  • Lease Agreement On the terms stated in this Lease, Landlord leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant leases the Premises from Landlord, for the Term beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date unless extended or sooner terminated pursuant to this Lease.
