Period of Concession. The Concession hereby granted for the Project is for a period of 11 (eleven) years commencing from the Appointed Date. The Concession Period shall comprise of a construction period of 2 years and an operations period of maximum 9 years as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. The Concessionaire is authorised to design, finance, construct, operate and maintain the Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions hereof. Provided that in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending with the Termination Date.
