Concessioner’s Monitoring Program. The Concessioner must inspect and monitor its services with respect to Applicable Laws, Service policy and standards, authorized rates, life and fire safety, public health, environmental management, impacts on cultural and natural resources, responsiveness to visitor comments, compliance with the Contract including all of its Exhibits, and other operational performance standards as appropriate. The Concessioner is responsible for developing and implementing corrective action plans to respond in a timely manner to any operating deficiencies it identifies.
