CONCLUSION OF THE PARTIAL CONTRACT. Articles 1 and 2 of this Partial Contract are valid. The sub-project is subject to the approval of those persons authorised with respect to contractual matters pursuant to Article 1.3 of the FA. The Partial Contract shall be concluded in line with Article 5 of the FA.

CONCLUSION OF THE PARTIAL CONTRACT. The Supplier acknowledges that the Client is obliged to publish this Partial Contract pursuant to the Act No. 340/2015 Coll, on the Register of Contracts. This Partial Contract comes into force on the date it is signed by both Contractual Parties. This Partial Contract comes into effect by the date of its publication according to Section 6(1) of the Act No. 340/2015 Coll, on the Register of Contracts.
CONCLUSION OF THE PARTIAL CONTRACT. The Partial Contract is acceptable. Detail of works, Price of the Partial Contract, organisation and risk identification are describing at Article 2. If the first measurement at borehole Xxx-2 is done faster than now estimated Posiva will provide a new estimation for cost of second borehole Xxx-1 measurements and then it will be decided about extensional of work.
