Price of the Partial Contract. The Supplier states herein the price limit of the Partial Contract which is based on the labour intensity determined in accordance with Article 2.4 of this document and the rates specified in Article 4.3 of the FA. Based on the preliminary allocation of working hours to the various experts and their hourly rates, the price estimate (exclusive of travel costs) is set at 98 370 €. The Supplier shall be required to justify all the expenses incurred. As a minimum, consultation at the Client’s premises will incur travelling expenses.
Price of the Partial Contract. Based on the Clients estimation on work hours (100 h), the estimated price of this Partial Contract is 16 610 € plus expenses. The expenses will be travel costs (air fares, hotel expenses, local travel expenses etc.).
Price of the Partial Contract. The original price mentioned in this Article increases from the original value of 118 580 € to 139 800 €.
Price of the Partial Contract. The price of the PC (exclusive of travel costs) has been estimated based on the Cat. 2 and Cat. 3 fees set out in the FA at (assuming 3100 hours) EUR 409 065. Estimates of the work and the personnel hours by category shall be agreed with the Client prior to the commencement of each subtask. The Supplier shall be required to justify all the expenses incurred. The holding of consultation meetings at the Client’s premises will necessarily incur travelling expenses. Such travelling expenses shall be invoiced as incidental costs separately according to point 4.2.2 of the Framework agreement.
Price of the Partial Contract. The price of the Partial Contract has been estimated as presented in the table below. The price estimation will be verified following the first visit to the Bukov URF site.
