Concrete Channels. All ice plant, ivy and vegetation shall be removed from the concrete lining to a point twelve (12) inches above or behind the concrete lining; thus exposing a twelve (12) inch area of dirt. All ice plant, ivy, and vegetation shall be removed from expansion joints, weep holes and side inlets. Vegetation shall be pulled rather than cut to retard growth.
