Groundcover. 4.1 Groundcover areas shall be maintained in a manner which will promote the healthy growth of the plant material in a somewhat natural state while removing weed infestation.
Groundcover. Pruning & Edging - Edge or prune groundcover as needed to keep from spreading over walls, curbs, or up walls. Pruning to maintain a natural shape will be a continuous operation. Disease and Pest Control - The spraying of groundcover as often as necessary for the effective control of harmful diseases and insects. Weed Control - Keep reasonably weed-free from broadleaf and grassy weeds with respect to the site conditions and the time of year. This shall be obtained through the use of pre-emergent, selective contact herbicides and manual weeding. Fertilizer - Fertilizer shall be applied on an as needed basis. Notifications will be provided to the office manager when xxxxxxxxxx has been applied.
Groundcover. 1. Groundcover shall be maintained in a healthy, vigorous growing condition.
Groundcover. To be trimmed back from sidewalks and curbs as required. To be maintained in a healthy, vigorous growing condition provided that they are free from disease and large concentrations of pests. Groundcover overhanging curbs or sidewalks shall be pruned back. Other Reasonable measures shall be taken to contain debris during service however some may enter pool areas in close proximity to vegetation. Under such circumstances the Association is not responsible for removing the debris from the pool. Leaves & weeds shall be removed from planters and edges. Broken or fallen branches from trees up to 7′ (other than coconuts / palms) shall be removed. Walkways and driveways shall be blown clear of gardening debris. Debris, visible lawn clippings and tree trimmings shall be removed and prepared for collection.
Groundcover. All dead, diseased and unsightly branches, vines or other growth shall be removed as they develop. All groundcover areas shall be pruned to maintain a neat edge along planter box walls. Any runners that start to climb buildings, shrubs or trees shall be pruned out of these areas.
