Adding agenda items Any agenda item requiring a decision by the Members of a Consortium Body must be identified as such on the agenda. Any Member of a Consortium Body may add an item to the original agenda by written notification to all of the other Members of that Consortium Body up to the minimum number of days preceding the meeting as indicated below. Alternative Work Schedules Alternative work schedule means an approved schedule for an Employee that deviates from the work week described in Section 1, Section 2, or a schedule that deviates from a worksite’s normal schedule. Employees who work a “shift work schedule” as part of a rotating group of individuals who must continuously maintain a 24-hour operation or facility are not eligible for an alternative work schedule.

Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.
Revisions With respect to Contracts that are “electronic chattel paper”, the related Receivables have been established in a manner such that (a) all copies or revisions that add or change an identified assignee of the authoritative copy of each such Contract must be made with the participation of the Trust Collateral Agent and (b) all revisions of the authoritative copy of each such Contract are readily identifiable as an authorized or unauthorized revision.
Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.
Subsequent Adjustments In the event that the Assuming Institution or the Receiver discovers any errors or omissions as contemplated by Section 8.2 or any error with respect to the payment made under Section 8.3 after the Settlement Date, the Assuming Institution and the Receiver agree to promptly correct any such errors or omissions, make any payments and effect any transfers or assumptions as may be necessary to reflect any such correction plus interest as provided in Section 8.4.
Deletions During the Contract Term, the Department reserves the right to delete Commodities, including but not limited to, Groups, Manufacturers or brand names, Representative Models, from this agreement by removing them from Exhibit B, Price Sheet(s) (C.1 – C.6). Commodities may be removed at the sole discretion of the Department.
