Conditions for All Disbursements. (a) As a condition for all disbursements and without prejudice to the conditions precedent to the first disbursement of the resources of the Loan established in Article 4.01 of these General Conditions and in the Special Conditions, if any, the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, undertakes to present to the Bank in writing, whether physically or by electronic means, in such form and conditions as may be specified by the Bank, a disbursement request together with the pertinent documents and other background materials required by the Bank. Unless the Bank agrees otherwise, the last disbursement request shall be presented to the Bank no later than thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration date of the Original Disbursement Period or any extension thereof.
