Conditions for Maternity and Adoption Leave. (a) Where an employee takes maternity leave in accordance with subclause 34.1 above, 26 weeks of the leave will be on full pay, in addition to any public holiday occurring while he/she is on parental leave. The remaining period of the leave will be unpaid.
