Conditions for Overtime Assignments. The following rules shall govern overtime assignments: (a) An employee is not to be denied overtime pay because they are in the station (as opposed to being out on assignment); (b) A minimum of one-half (½) hour overtime shall be paid to any employee spending over fifteen (15) minutes beyond the end of their regular tour of duty; (c) For all time worked thereafter, an employee's overtime shall be calculated to the nearest tenth of an hour; (d) Employee's overtime shall begin when the employee reports to the station where they are normally assigned.
