Conditions of Separation. The parties agree to separate as soon as reasonably practicable after the execution of this Agreement. It shall be lawful for, and the said Husband and Wife shall at all times after their physical separation, live separate and apart, each free from the marital control and authority of the other, direct or indirect, as fully as if he or she were sole and unmarried.
