Conditions of Telecommunication. (a) The conditions of telecommunication related to Logging Service are based on this contract, as well as the terms and conditions of the access line as the partner of communication and the AWS customer agreement.
(b) SORACOM shall provide SORACOM Harvest only in the section from SORACOM Air Global to the Harvest System. Telecommunication between the Harvest System and Subscriber shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract concerning the partner access line and AWS customer agreement.
(c) The number and frequency of data that can be sent to the Harvest System, the retention period of data that can be stored in the Harvest System, and the number and frequency of data that can be retrieved from the Harvest System have an upper limit specified separately by SORACOM.
(d) SORACOM may disconnect telecommunication when maintenance of telecommunications facilities.
(e) Telecommunication between Subscriber and Harvest System is performed according to the method defined by SORACOM.
Conditions of Telecommunication. (a) The conditions of telecommunication related to Private network Service are based on this contract, as well as the terms and conditions of the Access Line as the partner of communication and the AWS customer agreement.
(b) Subscriber can not use the Private network service when the Access Line can not be used by the contract terms of the telecommunications carrier providing the Access Line or the AWS customer agreement.
Conditions of Telecommunication. (a) The conditions of telecommunication related to Private network Service are based on this contract, as well as the terms and conditions of the access line as the partner of communication and the AWS customer agreement.
(b) Subscriber can not use the Private network service when the access line can not be used by the contract terms of the telecommunications carrier providing the access line or the AWS customer agreement.
(c) SORACOM do not guarantee the quality of communication related to telecommunication equipment connected via connection point.
(d) SORACOM shall provide SORACOM Canal and SORACOM Direct only in the section from SORACOM Air Global to VPG and telecommunication between VPG. Subscriber shall be in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions of the access line and the AWS customer agreement of the other party It shall be established by the Subscriber.
(e) SORACOM shall provide SORACOM Door only in the section from SORACOM Air Global to the end point of AWS hardware VPN. Telecommunication between the AWS hardware VPN and Subscriber shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract concerning the partner access line and AWS customer agreement.
(f) Subscriber can not add the Peering function to SORACOM Canal, SORACOM Direct, SORACOM Door beyond the upper limit specified separately by SORACOM.
(g) Telecommunication between Subscriber and VPG is performed according to the method defined by SORACOM.

(b) SORACOM shall provide SORACOM Lagoon only in the section from SORACOM Harvest to the Lagoon System. Telecommunication between the Lagoon System and Subscriber shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract concerning the partner access line and AWS customer agreement.
(c) The number and frequency of user that can be create to the Lagoon System, the number and frequency of alert that can be set in the Lagoon System, and the number and frequency of dashboard that can be set to the Lagoon System have an upper limit specified separately by SORACOM.
(d) SORACOM may disconnect telecommunication when maintenance of telecommunications facilities.
(e) Telecommunication between Subscriber and Lagoon System is performed according to the method defined by SORACOM.
Conditions of Telecommunication. (a) The conditions of telecommunication related to Device Management Service are based on this contract, as well as the terms and conditions of the access line as the partner of communication and the AWS customer agreement.
(b) SORACOM shall provide SORACOM Inventory only in the Inventory System. Telecommunication between the Inventory System and Subscriber shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract concerning the partner access line and AWS customer agreement.
(c) The type of device that can be registered in the Inventory System, the number and frequency of data that can be sent from the device to the Inventory System, the content and frequency of commands that can be sent from the Inventory system to the device and the retention period of data that subscriber can store in the Inventory system have an upper limit specified separately by SORACOM.
(d) SORACOM may disconnect telecommunication when maintenance of telecommunications facilities.
(e) In order to use the Inventory System, Subscriber needs to install a client that meets requirements defined by SORACOM on the device.
(f) Telecommunication between Subscriber and Inventory System is performed according to the method defined by SORACOM.
(g) When we acknowledge that there is a large amount or many communication within a certain period of time for communication related to Inventory system, we may take measures to limit the use of that communication.
Conditions of Telecommunication. (a) The conditions of telecommunication related to Private network Service are based on this contract, as well as the terms and conditions of the Access Line as the partner of communication and the AWS customer agreement.
(b) Subscriber can not use the Private network service when the Access Line can not be used by the contract terms of the telecommunications carrier providing the Access Line or the AWS customer agreement.
(c) SORACOM does not guarantee the quality of communication related to telecommunication equipment connected via connection point.
(d) SORACOM shall provide VPG Type-F Service, VPG Type-G Service and SORACOM Junction Service only in the section from SORACOM Air Global to VPG and telecommunication between VPG. Subscriber shall be in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions of the Access Line and the AWS customer agreement of the other party It shall be established by the Subscriber.
(e) SORACOM shall provide VPG Type-F Service, VPG Type-G Service and SORACOM Junction Service only in the section from SORACOM Air Global to the end point of AWS hardware VPN. Telecommunication between the AWS hardware VPN and Subscriber shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract concerning the partner Access Line and AWS customer agreement.
(f) Subscriber can not add the Peering function to VPG Type-F Service and VPG Type-G Service beyond the upper limit specified separately by SORACOM.
(g) Subscriber can not set a packet transmission destination to SORACOM Junction beyond the upper limit specified separately by SORACOM.
(h) Telecommunication between Subscriber and VPG is performed according to the method defined by XXXXXXX.
