Conditions Precedent to a Property becoming a Borrowing Base Property. No Property shall become a Borrowing Base Property until the Administrative Agent shall have approved of such Property’s inclusion in the Borrowing Base, and the Borrower shall have (or shall cause to be) executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent the following instruments, documents and agreements in respect of such Property, each to be in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent:

Conditions Precedent to a Property becoming a Borrowing Base Property. No Property shall become a Borrowing Base Property unless (1) it is an Eligible Property (as confirmed by the Administrative Agent upon the Administrative Agent’s request), (2) the Administrative Agent shall have confirmed of such Property’s inclusion in the Borrowing Base (such confirmation not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), and (3) the Borrower shall have (or shall cause to be) executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent the following instruments, documents and agreements in respect of such Property, each to be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent:
