Confidential Information, Security and Data. The selected bidder will promptly on the commencement of the exit management period supply to RISL or its nominated agencies the following: i. Documentation relating to Intellectual Property Rights; ii. Project related data and confidential information; iii. All current and updated data as is reasonably required for purposes of RISL or its nominated agencies transitioning the services to its replacement selected bidder in a readily available format nominated by RISL or its nominated agencies; and iv. All other information (including but not limited to documents, records and agreements) relating to the services reasonably necessary to enable RISL or its nominated agencies, or its replacement operator to carry out due diligence in order to transition the provision of the services to RISL or its nominated agencies, or its replacement operator (as the case may be). v. Before the expiry of the exit management period, the selected bidder shall deliver to RISL or its nominated agencies all new or up-dated materials from the categories set out above and shall not retain any copies thereof, except that the selected bidder shall be permitted to retain one copy of such materials for archival purposes only.

The Shelter Management Agency will promptly on the commencement of the exit management period supply to the DUSIB the following: (a) information relating to the current services rendered and performance data relating to the performance in relation to the services; (b) Data and Confidential Information; (c) documentation relating to suppliers, agents etc; (d) all current and updated Data as is reasonably required for purposes of Shelter Management Agency transitioning the services to replacement Shelter Management Agency in a readily available format specified by the DUSIB; and (e) all other information (including but not limited to documents, records and agreements) relating to the services reasonably necessary to enable Project or its nominated agencies, or its replacement Shelter Management Agency to carry out due diligence in order to transition the provision of the Services to Project or its nominated agencies, or its replacement Shelter Management Agency (as the case may be). 3.2. Before the expiry of the exit management period, the Shelter Management Agency shall deliver to the DUSIB all new or up-dated documentation/ information from the categories set out in Clause above and shall not retain any copies thereof, except that the Shelter Management Agency shall be permitted to retain one copy of such materials for archival purposes only. 3.3. Before the expiry of the exit management period, unless otherwise provided under the Agreement, the DUSIB or its nominated agencies shall deliver to the Shelter Management Agency all forms of Shelter Management Agency confidential information, which is in its possession or control.

Confidential Information, Security and Data. The selected Concessionaire shall be quick on the commencement of the exit management period and supply to BSCDCL the following: o Information relating to the present services provided and customer satisfaction surveys. o Documentation pertaining to Project related data and confidential information. o All current and updated data as is needed for purposes of the BSCDCL or its nominated agencies for transitioning the services either to BSCDCL or the entity nominated by BSCDCL. o All other information (including but not limited to documents, records and agreements) relating to the services reasonably compulsory to enable BSCDCL or its nominated agencies, or to the entity nominated by BSCDCL to carry out due diligence in order to transition the provision of the Services to the BSCDCL or its nominated agencies, or to any entity nominated by BSCDCL (as the case may be).  Before the exit management period expire, the selected Concessionaire shall deliver to BSCDCL or its nominated agencies all new or up-dated materials from the categories set out in point (i) above and shall not keep any copies thereof, except that the selected Concessionaire shall be permitted to keep one copy of such materials for archival purposes only.  Before the exit management period expire, unless otherwise provided under the MSA, BSCDCL or its nominated agencies shall deliver to the selected Concessionaire all forms of selected Concessionaire confidential Data which is in the possession or control of BSCDCL or its nominated agencies or during the exit management period In any time, the selected Concessionaire shall, subject to applicable laws, restraints and regulations(including in particular those relating to privacy) provide to BSCDCL or its nominated agencies a list of all employees (with job titles) of the selected Concessionaire dedicated to providing the services at the beginning of the exit management period; its users.
