Confined Space. An employee shall be paid an allowance of 56 cents per hour when, because of the dimensions of the compartment or space in which the employee is working, the employee is required to work in a stooped or otherwise cramped position, or without proper ventilation.

Confined Space. An employee shall will be paid an allowance of 56 64.05 cents per hour whenin addition to the ordinary rate for the actual time employed in a compartment, because of space or place, including underneath wagons/carriages, the dimensions of the compartment or space in which the necessitate an employee is working, the employee is required to work working in a stooped or otherwise cramped position, or without proper ventilation. This allowance will increase by 4.5% as at 1 October 2009.
