Employee’s Address. 7.5.2.1 The Company will require and the applicant will provide the Company with the following information, in writing, at the time of engagement: • The address of the place of residence at the time of application; and • The address of the separately maintained residence, if applicable. The Company will not exercise any influence, for the purpose of avoiding its obligations under the agreement, in persuading the prospective employee to insert a false address.
7.5.2.2 A subsequent change of address will not entitle an employee to the provisions of this clause unless the Company agrees.
7.5.2.3 Documentary proof of address such as a long service leave registration card or driver’s licence may be accepted by the Company as proof of the employee’s usual place of residence.
7.5.2.4 The address of the employee’s usual place of residence and not the place of engagement will determine the application of this clause.
Employee’s Address. At the time of engagement, the employee will provide, on the employer's request, details of their usual place of residence, being:
(a) The address of the place of residence at the time of application; and
(b) The address of a separately maintained residence, if applicable.
(c) The employer will not exercise undue influence, for the purpose of avoiding its obligations under this Agreement, to persuade the employee to give a false address. No subsequent change of address will entitle an employee to the provisions of this clause unless the employer agrees.
Employee’s Address. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to notify the Employer of any change of address. The employee’s address as it appears on the Employer’s record shall be conclusive.

(d) The address of the employee's usual place of residence and not the place of engagement shall determine the application of this clause. Any dispute arising in respect of this clause shall be referred to a Board of Reference.

F. Any dispute arising in respect of this clause shall be dealt with in accordance with clause 9.1– Dispute Settling Procedure of this Agreement.
G. The Company shall not in any way attempt to influence or persuade an Employee to provide a false address for the purposes of this clause.
Employee’s Address. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to keep the Employer informed of their current address.
Employee’s Address. All payments made to Employee pursuant to this Agreement will be made by mail to Employee at the last known address of Employee that Company has on record, or by direct deposit into Employee’s bank account. Employee is responsible to notify Company of any change in Employee’s address.

(e) Any dispute arising in respect of clause 7.3 will be referred to the AIRC.

(a) the address of the place of residence at the time of application; and
37.2.1 (b) the address of the separately maintained residence, if applicable.
37.2.2 Provided however, that the Employer shall not exercise undue influence, for the purpose of avoiding its obligations under the award, in persuading the prospective employee to insert a false address.
37.2.3 No subsequent change of address shall entitle an employee to the provisions of this clause unless the employer agrees.
37.2.4 Documentary proof of address such as a long service leave registration card or driver’s licence may be accepted by an employer as proof of the employee’s usual place of residence.
37.2.5 The address of the employee’s usual place of residence and not the place of engagement shall determine the application of this clause.
37.2.6 Any dispute arising in respect of this clause shall be dealt with in accordance with clause 11 – Disputes resolution procedure of this award.
