Employee’s Address. 7.5.2.1 The Company will require and the applicant will provide the Company with the following information, in writing, at the time of engagement: • The address of the place of residence at the time of application; and • The address of the separately maintained residence, if applicable. The Company will not exercise any influence, for the purpose of avoiding its obligations under the agreement, in persuading the prospective employee to insert a false address. 7.5.2.2 A subsequent change of address will not entitle an employee to the provisions of this clause unless the Company agrees. 7.5.2.3 Documentary proof of address such as a long service leave registration card or driver’s licence may be accepted by the Company as proof of the employee’s usual place of residence. 7.5.2.4 The address of the employee’s usual place of residence and not the place of engagement will determine the application of this clause.

Employee’s Address. At the time of engagement, the employee will provide, on the employer's request, details of their usual place of residence, being: (a) The address of the place of residence at the time of application; and (b) The address of a separately maintained residence, if applicable. (c) The employer will not exercise undue influence, for the purpose of avoiding its obligations under this Agreement, to persuade the employee to give a false address. Employee’s Address. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to notify the Employer of any change of address. The employee’s address as it appears on the Employer’s record shall be conclusive.

The Company shall not in any way attempt to influence or persuade an Employee to provide a false address for the purposes of this clause.

Employee’s Address. All payments made to Employee pursuant to this Agreement will be made by mail to Employee at the last known address of Employee that Company has on record, or by direct deposit into Employee’s bank account.
