Confirmation of Terms confirm by fax or e-mail to the Fiscal Agent, or, if such Relevant Agreement relates to Registered Notes, the Registrar (copied to the Fiscal Agent) all such information as the Fiscal Agent, or, as the case may be, the Registrar may reasonably require to carry out its functions under this Agreement and in particular, whether customary eurobond or medium term note settlement and payment procedures will apply to the relevant Tranche and (if a Master Global Note is to be used), such details as are necessary to enable it to complete a duplicate of the Master Global Note and (if medium term note settlement and payment procedures are to apply) the account of the Issuer to which payment should be made;
Confirmation of Terms. Promptly upon receipt of a duly completed Utilisation Request, and in no event later than two (2) Business Days after receipt of such Utilisation Request, the Lender shall make available to the Borrower, electronically or otherwise, the following information
(a) the amount of the Loan in US Dollars;
(b) the rate of interest to be charged with respect to the Loan, as calculated under Section 8.1 of this Agreement; and
(c) the Loan Repayment Date.

The Internet cannot guarantee the integrity and safety of the transferred data nor the delay in which they will be processed. The Fiscal Agent shall not therefore be liable for any operational incident and its consequences arising from the use of Internet unless caused by the gross negligence, wilful misconduct, default or bad faith of the Fiscal Agent;
Confirmation of Terms. The parties confirm that, as amended hereby, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
Confirmation of Terms. All of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lease, except as are herein specifically modified and amended, shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby adopted and reaffirmed by the parties hereto.

Confirmation of Terms. 3.1. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, in accordance with it terms.
