The parties to this Agreement share the desire to settle all grievances as expeditiously and equitably as they arise and are committed to the following conflict resolution process. A Union Representative shall be afforded such time off with pay as may be required for attendance at meetings with Management pertaining to grievances and the administration of this Agreement.
