Driver’s License Verification. All employees shall, at the request of the Company, execute all the necessary documents to enable the Company to obtain driver’s license abstracts from the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. The Company shall use these abstracts for the sole purpose of establishing that employees have valid British Columbia driver’s licenses. Employees driving without a valid British Columbia driver’s license from the date of ratification onward, may, at the discretion of the Company have their employment terminated.
Driver’s License Verification. Any employee who operates a vehicle while conducting Division business shall possess a valid driver’s license representative of the Class of vehicle being operated at the time. The employee shall upon request present such license to the Division for verification purposes. Declaration that the license is valid shall be signed by the employee and witnessed by management on the prescribed form. An employee subject to this article who loses or has his/her license suspended for whatever reason must immediately notify the Division. Failure to do so will be considered a disciplinary offense.

Driver’s License Verification. All employees operating a City of Xxxxxxx vehicle must have a valid Washington State Drivers License (DL). Any employee operating a City of Xxxxxxx vehicle on a suspended or revoked DL is subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
