Conforming Use. Lessee shall only use the Aircraft for the purposes and in the manner set forth in any application for insurance executed by Lessee in connection with the leased property and shall abide by and conform to, and cause others to abide by and to, all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations, national, state, municipal, or otherwise, now existing or hereafter enacted, controlling or in any way affecting the operation, use, or occupancy of the Aircraft or the use of any airport premises by Lessee.
Conforming Use. Lessee covenants and agrees to use the Aircraft only -------------- for the purposes and in the manner set forth in any application for insurance executed in connection with the leased Aircraft, to abide by and conform to, and cause others to abide by and to, all present and future federal, state, municipal, and other laws, ordinances, orders, rules, and regulations, controlling or in any way affecting the operation, use, or occupancy of the Aircraft or the use of any airport premises by the Aircraft.
Conforming Use. Customer shall use the CPE only for the purposes and in the manner set forth in the operators manual, directions for use, or any other applicable manuals or written instructions from VTX (collectively, the “Manuals”). Customer shall allow the CPE to be operated by competent and duly qualified personnel only.
Conforming Use those uses authorized in these Regulations for which a public place may be used (Appendix D).
Conforming Use. When using the aircraft pursuant to this Lease, Lessee will use the aircraft only for the purposes and in the manner set forth in any application for insurance executed in connection with the aircraft (a copy of which will be provided by Lessor to Lessee), and will abide by and conform to, and cause others occupying the aircraft when used by Lessee to abide by and conform to, all present and future federal, state, municipal, and other laws, ordinances, orders, rules, and regulations, controlling or in any way affecting the operation, use, or occupancy of the aircraft or the use of any airport premises by the aircraft.
Conforming Use. TADS shall use the ILyushin Aircraft for the purposes and in the manner for which it was designed consistent with the uses set forth in any application for insurance executed in connection with the ILyushin Aircraft, and abide by and conform to all present and future federal, state, municipal, and other laws, ordinances, orders, rules, and regulations, controlling or affecting the operation, use, or occupancy of the ILyushin Aircraft or the use of any airport premises by the ILyushin Aircraft.
Conforming Use. The Assignor has used the Assets for the purposes for which such property was intended, and has abided by, conformed to and caused others to abide by and conform to all laws, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations and statutes of national, state, municipal or county governmental authorities that are now existing or may hereinafter be enacted and that are controlling or in manner affecting the use and operation by the Assignor of Assets.
Conforming Use. To abide by and conform to the provisions of any insurance policy issued with respect to the Aircraft and all laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations controlling or affecting the operation or use of the Aircraft.
Conforming Use. To its best knowledge, information and belief, the Seller has used the Assets for the purposes for which such property was intended, and has abided by, conformed to and caused others to abide by and conform to all laws, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations and statutes of national, state, municipal or county governmental authorities that are now existing or may hereinafter be enacted and that are controlling or in manner affecting the use and operation by the Seller of Assets.
Conforming Use. When using the Property pursuant to this Agreement, Horizon and its employees, agents, and guests will use the Property only for the purposes and in the manner set forth in this Agreement.
