Section 709: Expansion of a Nonconforming Structure with Conforming Use The following provisions shall apply to all structures existing on the effective date of these Regulations which do not conform to the requirement set forth in these Regulations and to all structures that in the future do not conform by reason of any subsequent amendment to these Regulations.
