CONFORMITY TO LAW - SAVINGS CLAUSE. A. If any provision of the Agreement is or shall at any time be contrary to law, then such provision shall not be applicable, performed or enforced, and a substitute provision, if any, shall be subject to appropriate consultation and/or negotiation between the parties. B. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is or shall at any time be contrary to law, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
