CONFORMITY TO LAW - SAVINGS CLAUSE. A. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is or shall at any time be held to be contrary to law by a court or competent jurisdiction from whose final judgment or decree, no appeal has been taken within the time provided for doing so, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect. Any substitute action shall be subject to appropriate consultation and negotiation with the Union.
