Common use of Connectors Clause in Contracts

Connectors. Customer may (if its subscription includes one or more Connectors) use Connectors to integrate the Subscription Service with Customer’s accounts or subscriptions to third party services or applications. In such case, Customer Users may transfer information between the Subscription Service and such third party services or applications via the Connectors, resulting in the modification of Customer Content or the content and information stored in Customer’s third party services or applications. Smartsheet will have no liability for modification or deletion of Customer Content or data in third party services or applications through use of a Connector by a Customer User.
