Consecutive Leaves of Absence Prohibited. Unless the Parties mutually agree, an employee who is granted a leave of absence for one of the circumstances described in subparagraphs (b) through (e) of this Section 25.03 must return to work and remain in paid status for at least six (6) months before they may be granted another leave of absence for one of the circumstances described in subparagraphs (b) through (e) of this Section.
