Consent Leave. (Seniority fixed, ten (10) days or more and benefits non-accruing.) A. All leaves other than those provided for in the above sections shall be granted when possible and shall be for a definite period with a specific termination date. Employees being granted such leaves shall be required to report for duty upon the termination thereof.
