Conservation of Utilities. The Contractor shall practice utility conservation in all CMHA facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for operating under conditions, which preclude the waste of utilities, which shall include:

Water conservation includes, but is not limited to, conformance with installation directives and polices applicable to use of potable water and waste water entering the installation’s sanitary water system. The Contractor shall observe locally imposed water use restrictions as may be directed by the Contracting Officer or designated Government representative.
