CONSIDERATION OF BIDS. 5.1 OPENING/REJECTION OF BIDS 5.1.1 Unless otherwise stated, Bids received on time will be publicly opened and will be read aloud. An abstract of the Bids will be made available to Bidders. 5.1.2 The Agency shall have the right to reject any and all Bids. A Bid not accompanied by a required Bid Security or by other data required by the Bidding Documents, or a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular is subject to rejection. 5.1.3 If the Bids are rejected, it will be done within thirty (30) calendar day of the Bid opening.
