Constituency Assistant Ongoing Training. The Employer shall provide joint training to the Constituency Assistants on issues related to the performance of their work. The training shall be a minimum of one (1) day to at least one (1) Employee per office per year. All Constituency Assistants will receive the training on the same day at the same location.
