The parties acknowledge that the following factors may constrain the District’s ability to equalize the teaching load for regular classroom teachers within similar disciplines and grade levels: • Available facilities. • Temporary influx of students. • Available credentialed bargaining unit members. • Preventing excessive classroom disruption, e.g., time of year. Avoiding combination classes. • Avoiding the Class Size Stipends in Section 15.3.
