Construction and Operation Management. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Applicant shall have discretion and control, free from interference, interruption or disturbance, in all matters relating to the management, development, redevelopment, construction and operation of the Project Scope, provided that the same shall, in any event, conform to and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Construction Documents, and all applicable and governing federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and policies (including without limitation, applicable zoning, subdivision, building and fire codes).   • Management and Operations 15.1 The Operator shall prepare an annual work programme and budget for each Calendar Year during the term of this Agreement. Each such work programme and budget shall set out in reasonable details, the work to be carried out, facilities to be purchased or created, training and employment programme, establishment, salaries and wages, social welfare schemes to be undertaken, and an estimate of the Expenditure to be incurred. The Operator shall present such work programme and budget to the Government and the Working Interest Owners before the start of each Calendar Year and thereafter provide a quarterly update on the implementation of such work programme and budget.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
