CONSTRUCTION CARRIED. OUT BY HOMEOWNER MUST COMPLY WITH CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS: Any construction in connection with the Home is permitted only if the following requirements are met: (a) all costs shall be paid for by the Homeowner; (b) all construction shall be performed in a professional manner and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (c) all changes in the Home shall be consistent with the permitted uses described in Article 4; (d) the footprint, square-footage, or height of the house shall not be increased and new structures (including buildings, sheds, walls, fences, signs or anything constructed or erected with a fixed location on and fastened in the ground) shall not be built or installed on the Leased Land without the prior written consent of ACLT.   • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities.
