Construction Layout. THE SEVENTH PARAGRAPH IS CHANGED TO: Provide the Utilities with the layout needed to install relocated utility facilities and coordinate the Work. Ensure that relocated facilities do not conflict with proposed construction, including High Voltage Proximity Act conflicts.
