Construction Manager’s Signature. The signature of the Construction Manager on any invoice constitutes the Construction Manager’s certification to the County that (i) the Construction Manager’s services listed in the invoice have progressed to the level indicated and have been performed as required by this Agreement; (ii) the Construction Manager has paid its subcontractors and suppliers their proportional share of all previous payments received from the County; and (iii) the amount requested is currently due and owing.

Construction Manager’s Signature. The signature of the CM on any Application for Payment constitutes the CM’s certification to the Owner that (i) all costs included in the application have been incurred on behalf of the Owner for the sole purpose of completing the Work in accordance with the Contract; (ii) the CM has paid its subcontractors and suppliers their proportional share of all previous payments received from the Owner; and (iii) the amount requested is currently due and owing.

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.
