Construction Period Output. During the Construction Period, System Owner or its Subcontractors may test the System and, upon notice to Host Customer, deliver all Output resulting from such testing during the Construction Period to Host Customer. Such testing and delivery shall be in accordance with interconnection and other Host Utility Requirements, if any. 1. All onsite workers shall have appropriate clearance certifications and background reports as required by Pennsylvania and federal law, including but not limited to: criminal (including Pennsylvania State Criminal Clearance and FBI Clearance) and child abuse and employment background clearances/ certifications (including Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Sexual Misconduct/ Abuse Disclosure Information Request Verification forms). System Owner will make copies of clearances available upon request.

Construction Period Output. During the Construction Period, System Owner or its Subcontractors may test the System and, upon notice to Host Customer, deliver all Output resulting from such testing during the Construction Period to Host Customer. Construction Period Output. Upon notice from Service Provider during the Construction Period, Service Provider or its contractors may test the System and charge for all Output resulting from such testing during the Construction Period, and Host Customer shall pay for all Services related to all Output resulting from such testing during the Construction Period, at the Price established herein.
Construction Period Output. Upon notice from System Owner during the Construction Period and acceptance in writing by Purchaser, System Owner or its Contractors may test the System and deliver all Output resulting from such testing during the Construction Period to Purchaser, and Purchaser shall accept delivery of all such Output. The charge for Output delivered during the Construction Period shall be equal to the Solar Electricity Price.

  • Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Final Completion Date Final Completion for the Work as defined in Article 6.1.3 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by October 31, 2024.

  • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 9.1 All profit, profit expectations and costs associated with profit sharing plans such as personnel bonuses, incentives, and rewards; company stock options; or any other like expenses of Contractor.
