If a Contractor’s employee is unable to perform due to illness, resignation or other factors beyond the Contractor's control, the Contractor shall make every reasonable effort to immediately provide suitable substitute personnel.

The SDU Compensation Rate Schedule includes five parts: Disbursement Transaction Rate, Performance Scorecard Compensation, Transition Management Compensation, Total Projected SDU Compensation, and Service Level Standard Rates.
