Cook Inlet Marine Mammal Council Native Village of Tyonek National Marine Mammal Laboratory Alaska Beluga Whale Committee Alaska Department of Fish and Game U.S. Army Corps of Engineers The development of the agreement is the product of many discussions, public meetings and coordination between NMFS and CIMMC since the first public review of this issue which occurred in Anchorage, Alaska, March 1999. The agreement had many drafts and the final product is the result of review by CIMMC, and legal counsel from both parties.
